We will hold a collaboration event with the only sake brewery “Ide Jozoten” in the Fuji Five Lakes area. You can enjoy the “marriage of bread and sake” according to the opening of the brewery at Ide Brewery. Satoshi Chiyo of “thousandth”, who is also a wine sommelier, proposes new ways to enjoy sake. We also have bread limited to the event day, so please come and visit us.
